It is a way to release yourself trust me I have tried to get help it doesnt work ... i get beaten alot so i'm used to the pain. but i realized it was stupid to keep it a secret anymore so i told someone about it. i told them how i was getting beaten everyday. i told them how i cut myself at least fifteen times a day.
