You will have to drill it out. I dont really have an answer for you ... b16sir1991 came through with an ignition cylinder. I was using this "how to" along with my Haynes manual to change the cylinder yesterday. Everything went fine except I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to depress the lock plunger/release pin.
