There will be metal shavings in the engine block in the oil pan. Even if you did manage to free it up enough to start one more time the bearing are shot. They would pick up all that loose metal and it would GRIND to a halt again very soon.

I have a suggestion but you aren't going to like it. Remove the starter housing from the engine and give it a pull. Works now doesn't it. I'm guessing your engine is seized and when it died it wasn't because it was out of fuel (gas is what my dad gets when he eats at Taco Bell).
