It is not easy to give a good seminar. I would say that out of all the seminars that I have attended, I thought that 90% of them were not so good. You should therefore not try to imitate the style of most of the seminars you have attended.

Rehearse a day or so before your seminar. Give a mini-seminar to a few colleagues so that they can suggest changes or improvements. Ask somebody to time you so you know if you need to add or remove anything.
