I can make myself pass out. I do it by taking in a deep breath and then pushing all that air down. It takes me about 15 seconds. I'm only out about 3-7 seconds. After I come to, i cant move for about 3 seconds,my heart races for about 30 seconds, and i can feel the blood pulsing in my head.
