There is a small hole in the door, usually next to the eject button. If you take something small enough to poke into there (usually a paperclip is what I use). You can jam it in there and it will open up the drive.

Hi Jmhines123, The mechanism may have been jammed inside the drive when you forced the drive tray to open and close, causing the drive from not opening. Using the tiny hole in the tray end of your DVD drive, you can manually eject the drive tray.
