To purify Shadow Lugia, I am told that you must use the purify machine at the lab with every chamber at maximum pure levels. The little meter of speed and tempo that changes depending on which pokemon you put in a chamber and which order they go in must be at full power in each chamber and then you put Shadow Lugia in.

i just now figured out how to purify my lugia. i found a list on like page 2 or 3 of these boards. Not all of the pokemon worked ... make all the pkm in the purifying chamber to best circle(all 9 sets )put lugia in one of them and that is it. but shadow lugia looks cooler than it turns out to be but you learn cool moves.

You have to have all 9 purification chambers at perfect tempo then put Shadow Lugia in one of them. It will say that Shadow Lugia is different then it regains everything. You get perfect tempos in all spaces of the purification chamber. The...
