You may not have to cut it at all. Panteen conditioner is good because it has a type of wax that weighs the hair down and should wash that perm right out. Ask TAC for more advice, she's a hairdresser. Also, I too live near Tampa.

If you really want to get rid of your perm just go to the store and buy a perm. Then just put the stinky stuff in your hair and comb it through until straight about 30 mins or so and that should do. I should know I've done it about 3 times before It works.
