My doctor even told me there's no way he could medically tell if a baby has "dropped" (my baby was already head down and I was 1-2 cm and 75 % effaced before my baby dropped). My baby dropped about a week ago when I was 36 1/2 weeks.

I look 37 weeks pregnant. The baby has dropped a bit more and grown enough to begin to make it hard for me to breathe again. I spent a few hours in the ER yesterday to check for a DVT or Deep vein thrombosis. In English that is a blood clot in your leg vein.
