[Archive] I bruise very EASILY..is it a sign? General Health ... I bruise very easily. If I bump into something, I get bruises. When my bf sucks on me; I bruise quickly. I played volleyball today, and I have little specks of bruises( I think) on my arms. And I also have a big bruise on my hand.

I’ve noticed that bruise very easily. Even every day I notice new ‘net’ on my skin, usually legs or arms. I read thatit can be the consequence of low iron level, but I think that it’s not the problem in my case, because I eat meat 3-4 times a w ... do you take it very often? ... I bruise easily. Always have. I never know...

I bruise very easily and usually end up with a larger than normal bruise as well. This winter I found a product at CVS called Bruise Relief. It really worked. I whacked my ankle on the bed frame one morning and put this on.
