I have this fear that pops up every time I’m out somewhere and I hear an ambulance: what if mom’s had an accident and they’re going for her? Or when she works late and I don’t ... If you're really set on making yourself throw up, then face down and put your finger down your throat and when you gag, try to make it come up. Why am I making myself throw up on purpose? ... Every day, I eat and then I go and throw it up by forcing my finger down my mouth. I have lost almost 20 pounds in two weeks. I am an athlete, and I get really lightheaded and dizzy, and I have terrible stomach cramps and sores in my mouth.

My gut is fat." But I don't ever want to go through hospitalization again, I'll never let myself get to that point again. I have a messed-up esophagus now from making myself throw up so much. Sometimes I'll just chew on a pen cap now, and I'll gag.
