Laughter, you can't omit parts of the Constitution you don't like. The preamble shows the true purpose of the Bill of Rights. THAT IS WHAT A PREAMBLE IS FOR! ... I first read Mises 31 years ago. I started reading this passage and didn't read the preamble with the date and that Mises had written. I mistakenly believed that it was written today. Mises's words are truly universal.
