Boys are just immature. Some grow out of it and some never do. You aren't likely to have to keep leaving the room. You should just be able to go to the restroom at the normal break times. But if you do and you have a male teacher, you can always just ask if you can go to the nurse.

My husband and I have noticed that his behavior seems MUCH more socially immature than other boys, and especially girls in his class. He makes spontaneous noises and squeaks, speaks in accents and perseverates on silly comments made by others, or from cartoons, which might provoke a laugh.
