implantation cramps? Trying To Conceive ... I would have my regular ovulation pain, then later right about when I was supposed to start I would feel the implantation pain. That pain is what caused me to go out and by a HPT both times, and both times they were positive!

Hi Cathy, I have heard of implantation pain like bad cramps in one or both sides. They tend to come and go and are usually followed by an implantation bleed. ... Trouble is I wasn't tracking or temping when I was ovulating etc properly, so looking back it was more likely implantation pain on my RH side!

I'm 21 weeks preg now, I can remember the implantation pain v clearly! I was having a bath when I felt it - it lasted about 10 mins and was like a shooting pain in my uterus. Not like ovulation pain which feels higher up and over one side.

I have pain more towards the center left, but on yesterday it was more on the center right. I think it is implantation because it really feels different, not like my af cramps or feel. Baby Dust to you! Paul ... Do you have pain with implantation? If so, for how long and where?

I was sure that I am pregnant when I realized that my lower back was sore and I was feeling a pinching pain near my pelvis.
