Can anyone direct me to a page where i can find a nice and simple (or at least simple enough) explenation on what Phase inverting by subwoofers is, how it wokrs and what are the pros and cons? Tried to find in google - no luck.

i always thought that all inverting a sub did was give it more room inside the box, course i am ... T3 Audio really does make the best subwoofers, we just want to let the world know it. But I've seen a few set ups with the subwoofers mounted upside down. (speaker facing into the box, and the frame and magnet out of the box) I've got a couple of those Audiobahn speakers with the frame that's made out of polished metal in the shape ... ugh there is no other speaker involved if your just inverting a sub,

Some mic amps are also inverting, but since you indicate all the other channels have positive polarity the inversion must be in the sub path. ...
