 I'm not a sewing person but I've heard about this hemming tape - either just heavy-duty stuff you tape on or iron on, and I have no clue where to get it.  Help? ...  At least you won't take the chance of having your "hem" fall.  I've used the iron-on stitching before but never used them on denim.  Let us know how...

Press with an iron again as the directions say on the hem tape package. I used to use hem tape before I learned how to sew, and now I prefer to hem things by sewing them, but if you use the hem tape as the instructions direct you to, it'll look fine and hold up in the wash very well.
