Yes 36 weeks is too early the doctor likes to wait until 37-39 wks to induce if go into labot natually they will not stop it but ask your doc if s/he can strip your membranes thats what they did for me somtimes you go in to labor sometimes you dont..

i feel that is too early. if your dates are off at all, your baby could not have properly developed lungs. the longer your baby has to develop inside of you, the better. that being said, i don't think that any method will effectively self-induce labor if your body wasn't ready to go into it on its own. ... 36 weeks is too early.

I would think 37 weeks is too early still. You should let the baby come when he/she is ready. I have not heard of a doctor saying that it's ok to induce labor this early.

I think it might be okay but don't do it hard me and my husband did that when i was 37 weeks pregnant and i had my baby that night!!
