Yes catnip can get a human mildly high and euphoric I just smoked some and drank some tea it works, I've done it lots of times it really does work, it's best to smoke it out of a bong something with water. for putting this in perspective...the insanity involved in touting drugs with possible severe side effects as alternatives to cannabis is silly at best, ...
