Originally affiliated with Ice Cube, Kam's releases appeared sporadically, initially debuting on the Boyz N the Hood Movie soundtrack in 1991 with his song, "Every Single Weekend". Kam later released his first solo album in early 1993 entitled, "Neva Again"--on East/West Atlantic Records.
