Has anyone ever heard of or used LABOR BALM to induce labor????? Well If you have does it work or know of anyone it worked for??? ... I used the labor balm and had my son the next day. You are suppose to use it after you are already dilated to 2 cm. It sounds like some of you were using labor balm before you were 2 cm.

Labor Balm works best if you are having braxton hicks contractions, and you have started to efface/thin or dilate. It contains Black and Blue Cohosh, Calendula, Vitamin E and jasmine. I got that info off of the belly boutique website (spelling?) I ordered some and it is being delivered today.

I did black/blue cohosh, downed red rasberry leaf tea, castor oil, labor balm... while all of them brought on contractions, they werent the right kind of contractions and I subjected myself to pain and discomfort for NO REASON...and after it all, Im being induced on Monday.
