As we said large pores appear mainly around the nose because the area has more oil glands than the other areas. ; WHAT CAUSES ENLARGED PORES? ... Blackheads and pimples may cause large pores if not treated properly. For example, if you squeeze a blackhead or a pimple you may stretch the pore.

If you pour some visine in your foundation, and then apply it on your face every day your pores will gradually begin to shrink. I just found that out on Good Day Live, that show on Fox..I thought that was a neat little secret.

I have large pores on my nose as well. they're like dots ! and I can squeeze white stuff out of them till the cows come home. I've tried leaving it alone for a few days but the white stuff end up getting dirty and sometimes clog so they show up as blackheads.

As far as I know, they clog large pores in order to keep impurities from entering. I have like a warehouse of clogged pores on my nose and none of them turned into a pimple yet. But I must say this, I got a good laugh on how you shared your story!
