It seems literally impossible to do this, well to me it is anyway. I can do one-handed cartwheels but I’m no way near an aerial cartwheel. I can nearly do them on a trampoline though. they help you bounce.

The aerial cartwheel is basically a cart-wheel with no hands, used in Wushu and Capoeira, although the move-ment is pretty different from a cart-wheel. It helps a lot to know how to do a regular cartwheel and a one-handed cartwheel, but the aerial is still not quite the same.
