I recently noticed that Centrum has 150 mcg of Iodine. I've been taking Centrum religiously once everyday for, at least, the past 9 years. My question is: Is this too much Iodine when combined with other foods like beer (non-alcoholic - ODUL'S), veggies, tuna, and other foods that contain Iodine?
