Note on using MDMA many times ... This file is an attempt to collect some of the information about MDMA that is floating around on the net in various stages of organization into one easy-to-read document. Ideally, everything that anyone would want to know about MDMA would be included in this document.

A Working MDMA (Ecstasy) Synthesis ... MDMA Synthesis Story ... My overall impression is that the synthesis is moderately difficult, at least for someone who last took an organic chemistry lab course more than 20 years ago. I was quite good in the labs back then, and also understood the chemistry quite well.

The reason why I post it is that this has to be one of the easier MDMA synthesis that I have seen, it requires readily available chemicals such as H2O2, formic acid, etc. but the formamide may be a little hardder to get.

This is not the best synthesis in terms of conditions, or yield, but it's by far the simplest. However, safrole is now rather hard to get hold of, precisely because it is so easy to synth MDMA from it.

Lycaeum > Leda > Documents > MDMA Synthesis: Bromosafrole Method ... This is an MDMA sysnthesis I OCR's out of my copy of _Secrets of Methamphetamine Manufacture_, which will probably end up being the one that I put in the next revision of my MDMA FAQ. I thought I'd also post it as a separate file as well.

In this work, the neutral and basic impurities found in the precipitate of MDMA(*)HCl are presented. MDMA.HCl was prepared by the most popular synthesis methods used in clandestine manufacture, i.e. safrole bromination, Leuckart method and reductive amination with various reducing agents: Al/Hg, NaBH(4), NaBH(3)CN.

MDMA and eight chemically defined byproducts of MDMA synthesis were investigated for their interaction with the primary sites of action of MDMA, namely the human plasmalemmal monamine transporters for norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine [(norepinephrine transporter (NET), serotonin transporter (SERT),

A Complete MDMA Synthesis for the First Time Chemist-Bright Star. Science-Chemistry Science & Engineering ... Or MDMA.HCl. Or Ecstacy. The synthesis as described 1. does not put off nasty fumes, 2. requires suspicious chemicals, and therefore is 3. perfect for the clandestine chemist. The synthesis itself can be performed in...
