How do you make C4. i searched a lot of places and didn’t find anything. if anyone can give me step ... tgm what hes asking is can you make an explosive such as c-4 out of bleach… now if im not mistaken there is one that is a type of plastic explosive or such and its not nearly as powerful but it will do the trick..
