In Exodus 37:29 it appears God taught Bezaleel how to make the Holy Anointing Oil according to the dispensatory in Exodus 30:22. Bezaleel did not have any previous training in the making the Holy Anointing Oil. However, the scripture says it was compounded after the true art of the apothecary.
