Rather than shelling out $30-$60 for a wort chiller I decided to make one myself, just like many other homebrewers out there. I had some questions about making one, so when I built mine I took pictures along the way to help out others in making there own chillers.

But first let me reiterate, if you want to improve your beer making, you GOTTA GET A WORT CHILLER! No ifs, ands or buts about it. Quickly chilling wort before yeast pitching will make better beer.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have been thinking about putting brass fittings on the chiller it self as well. I don’t like having to take the tube off while it is in the boil and then try to put them back on when it is so hot. ...
