How can I un-mat my matted hair? ... Q: Hey, I’m just wondering: is there oil I can get for my hair to try to un-mat it? I suffered with depression for a while and I let my long curly hair go crazy and now it’s all matted, if you could help me in any possible way I'd be very grateful.

My entire head of hair is matted to my scalp. Is there any home remedy I can use to get it untangled? If your hair is long you may have to cut it. It's really hard to comb... ... It's a year or so later, by now I would imagine you would have fixed your matted hair situation. I think the olive oil soak was probably the best idea.

HELP! I have a 4 yr. old daughter who a week ago broke her femer bone in her leg. She has been lying down for a week and ... Her hair is long and I don't want to cut it, she loves her hair.
