In the Mormon Temple, Mormons covenant to wear their sacred garments (which they must buy from the church) at all times. Check out a Mormon church. ;-) Men wear suits and women wear dresses, no matter what part of the country they live in. (Nylons are not guaranteed, however.); I prefer to dress up somewhat for church, but I have been known to dress more casually some days too.
