If I sit down for a while, and get up, I feel really dizzy, but that's really the only time I feel nauseated. I'm kinda scared and I really don't know what I would do if I came out pregnant. I haven't missed a period, but they are different, not heavy like they usually are. I've been having cramps, extremely tender breasts, can also see bluish veins in my breasts, lil pouchy ness to my tummy, nauseated, no throwing up. ... Re: IM CONFUSED! PREGNANT? OR NOT PREGNANT?

I am not pregnant, not taking any medications. I do not have heart burn. I just get sick at night but it is not related to eating and laying down. I really don't know what it is but it is on the left upper side of the stomach. ... It aches like painful and I stay nauseated. Any help would really be appreciated.

Also, I'm not sure if you drink coffee or green tea, or any other caffein-ey drink first thing but sometimes that makes me feel really ... I'm not diabetic or anything, but I get really nauseated when I have low blood sugar. When do you stop eating the night before? Are you trying to go to long without eating?
