All New Wave Band sound the same. But the Top on my list is Wild Swans. For me The Wild Swans was like a beautiful, holy, sexy, disturbing, dreamy nightmare about breaking into heaven to have sex with the angels.Some of the New Wave Bands are all great specially those one hit wonder Bands.

Nevertheless, I feel that both bands have a good idea about what the 80s was as a whole, and I believe that The Bravery and Hot Fuss are both e xcellent editions to your new 'new wave' collection. Lesser known, but still popular, Franz Ferdinand are also a band you can get into easily.
