I have a fancy new car that allows me to adust the position of the steering wheel updown, in/out. ... The noise is coming from the front and I was told it was my struts so i had the front replaced, but it is still making the noise. it does it as I am coasting, hit speed bumps, turning the wheel both ways as I am taking off,

mine was the ball joint. everytime i went over a bump, or pushed on the side of the car it would make a squeak sound like a squeaky bed. went to dealer, 300$ outta pocket and fixed. yes, i paid 300$ like an ass. good luck
