That armour and weapons are not the best. Daedric kicks the crap out of that Umbra stuff. And the sword you get for completing Boethia's Shrine is also superior to that Umbra sword. Plus, you don't get that annoying "No soul gem large enough" ... Well there is some magical Deadric armours you find in Oblivion Wastes,
