The On the Verge play reading series will present a reading of Cleansed, by Sarah Kane, at the Handwerker Gallery on Thursday, March 27, at 6:30 p.m. Cleansed was written by Sarah Kane, a British playwright whose life ended prematurely when she committed suicide in 1999 -- just a year after Cleansed was first performed.
