I`ve been noticing that frequently I`ve been having dilated pupils. Well, actually it`s just one pupil I believe that`s dilated. The first time it was noticed my friend said that one of my pupils was bigger than the other.

If one pupil is much larger than the other and does not react when light is shone in, this could be a nerve problem which requires urgent evaluation. Other causes include poor dilation due to a nerve problem (Horner's syndrome).
