If the bin file has a .cue with it simple open nero 6 and go to “burn from CD Image' find the .cue (which is usually in the same folder as the bin) and then simple burn the image onto a blank cd.( the .cue file is like a directory or a door which extracts the .bin file! ... how to open a .bin file...

I've had alot of experience with CD-Images and yes as others have said it is one unless it's corrupted or part of an installation file. As mentioned in the previous replies ISOBuster can be used to simply extract files from the CD-Images ...
