I also was having problems burning Bin/Cue files, I was getting "unexpected file type" or "Unable to insert file xxxxxxx". I'm not all that computer smart, but I'll try to explain how I got mine to burn.

I have nero 5 and clone CD. Clone CD can only read .ccd files. Nero5 doesn’t know the .bin format. When I try to burn a game (old one, fallout 2 ) by opening the .cue format, it tells me that it can’t read the .bin file.
