During one of my first trips to the Texas Hill Country 20 years ago, I had three or four versions of orange muscat, a dessert wine that is supposed to smell and taste like oranges with enough acid to balance the sweetness and maybe even have a bit of orange pith.

I'm sure there is some component of chicken beaks or feathers that counteracts the whatever you think is unhealthy about chicken. ... I'm not a huge fan of orange pith, so I don't eat those whole anymore, but when I was a kid, I did that sometimes. As for kiwis, I wouldn't eat the skin, but they make perfect spider style chow.
