Can you kindly give an example ? ... Actually, I think it's "Lo and behold." It most likely of biblical origin. ... it is not 'LOW and behold', it is 'LO and behold'... it is mere another more dramatic (if archaic) way of saying 'VOILA' or 'SURPRISE' or 'I PRESENT TO YOU...'
