I'm thinking about my dad today. He is scheduled for knee replacement surgery tomorrow morning, March 12th (what was my mother's birthday). The initial thought was a little shocking to ... My dad has been suffering with his knees for over five years and also has a very difficult time with a few different types of arthritis.

You may say it's all innocent but really it's quite weird, I would have hated to think that my Dad was going to see me naked/partially naked at 16, never mind spank me. My Dad never did he just banned us from doing things we wanted to do and I was never a bad kid even though I wasn't spanked.

we have a 13yr old son who is totally disrespectfu ... Sounds like someone who really needs a long session over Mom or Dad's knee! You need to sit down and have a serious discussion with your son, and a flat-backed wooden hairbrush, or the soft end of a belt. Its something he sounds like he desperately needs!
