Hey, I\'m having the same sort of problem, a painless, semi-movable lump that has no accompanying symptoms and is located about in the middle-right side of my neck, but closer to the back than the front. It\'s not really a gland or anything, but I\'m a hypochondriac so I\'m freaking out a bit.
