Also Pantone.com has a pantone solid to CMYK conversion in a pdf. I can't find the link, but I can post it somewhere if anyone needs the file. Page downloaded and saved ... All that being said both RGB and CMYK are always pretty loose compared to pantone spots anyways - no matter who does the conversion.

Pantone has a specific set of values in conversion to CMYK that approximate its colors. If you convert a 100% monotone to cmyk the values are different than what Pantone specifies. If you run the monotone through a RIP to convert to cmyk it still comes up with different values.
