Critical Paradigm Shifts for Multicultural Education ... Is my goal to make shifts in student outcomes (for which inequities are actually symptoms, not the root problems) working within a broken and inherently racist, sexist, classist, etc., system? Is this possible?

The technology already exists to support both rapid and fundamental changes in teaching methods and to allow broad collaboration between groups of teachers (M) and groups of students (N) even though they may be widely distributed in either space or time.
