Press "select", and then enter 7444. It will then delete the current pasowrd and ask for a password registration. You can then enter your new pasword.

I forgot my password now I cant view some dvd's pl ... i know 0000 is everyone password if you don't put anything as your password when you set up your ps2..i did have one and forgot all i did was reset my whole system and left it alone with 0000...

I'm having problems turning off the parental controls on my ps2. I bought it from a friend, and I do know the password, it's just that the level is set to 1, and it's annoying to have to enter a password everytime I want to watch a movie.
