My only thought to that, is that they want to get these electric cars out with ease. Possibly if they were Phoenix recharges its electric truck battery in 10 minutes with a 440-volt charger- How about if we were paid a handsome sum recycling, our motor vehicles will retain a higher value as is the case of buying silver,
