Have you ever tried to cancel your AOL Service? It's nearly impossible. The phone number to call is not offered on any AOL Website, and in fact many people have only found it by doing a google search. When you call, they will offer you free months to stay with them.

i have changed my phone company so i can use my call alert so tell me how can i use call alert and i just changed phone company but i still have the same phone number ; ... aol and call alert are terrible and I was constantly getting disconnected and it takes 20 minutes on the phone just to cancel.
