Someone sent me several photos of a deer eportedly taken in Wisconsin. I've seen piebald deer before but I'm not so sure this is what this is. The genetic defect typically leaves deer with short faces, knobby knees and short legs.

Some piebald deer were observed in a study conducted by the Southeastern Wildlife Disease Center in the 1960s and many have been seen in subsequent years.
