My last pregnancy i delivered at 34 weeks. they said i had a left marginal tear of the placenta. That was my 4th pregnancy. I am now 19 weeks pregnant (3 years since my last pregnancy) with my 5 child and the dr. i have told me that the tear was either caused from cigarette smoking or a blow to the stomache.
