Hmmm. I wouldn't call David + David synth pop. ... Eric Bazilian of the Hooters (the singer in this video) wrote the Joan Osborne song "One of Us" and some others (and he & Rob Hyman wrote the Cyndi Lauper hit "Time After Time" ) but the band is no more. They were big in Philly for quite a few years before they 'went big'
