A very good friend is eight weeks along in her first pregnancy. She experienced nausea, breast tenderness and fatigue for a couple of weeks, but within three or four days all of her symptoms disappeared. I'm concerned because I understand that disappearing symptoms can be an early warning sign of miscarriage.
